Additionally, if you’re not satisfied with your Back-to-Busy Box (Classic) or Back-to-Busy Box (Gluten-Free) for good reason, please contact hello@wildgrain.com within seven days of receipt. We are happy to review your order and reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product in question or a partial/full refund. Please note you cannot edit or cancel an order after completing checkout.

Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy applies only to first orders.

The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

If you would like to reship an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the delivery date, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment.
